The KWVR reserves the right to withdraw the tickets/wristbands if any conditions aren’t met.

The lead booker is responsible for ensuring that all group members are aware of the terms and conditions.

🚫 No children permitted after 8:00pm
🍾 No outside alcohol or bottles – only drinks purchased on-site allowed
🎒 All bags may be searched on entry
🪪 You must be 18+ to purchase alcohol
🚭 No smoking indoors
❌ Strict zero-tolerance policy on drugs
🐶 No dogs at Ingrow or Oxenhope festival sites on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
