Day Ticket Prices & Information

An Event Day Rover allows UNLIMITED train travel and unlimited entry into the Festival sites at Oxenhope & Ingrow (and also ‘The Old Parcels Office’ at Keighley) on your chosen day (please note that the Ingrow site is closed on Thursday).

A maximum fare of £7.00 return applies to all passengers for travel on our diesel railcar service for those of you who wish to visit us on Thursday. Note that there will be no steam trains or entertainment on this day.

  • Entry to the Exhibition Hall at Oxenhope and ‘The Old Parcels Office’ café bar at Keighley) is FREE.
  • Please note that our Festival site at Ingrow is CLOSED on Thursday.
  • Other single or return fares are still available (capped at £7.00); please ask at the Booking office upon arrival.
  • Adult Event Day Rover: £25.00 (reduced to £15.00 after 18.30)
  • Concession Event Day Rover: £21.25 (reduced to £15.00 after 18.30)
  • Child Event Day Rover: £10.00

Please note that we strongly recommend buying tickets in advance for Saturday as this is by far the busiest day at the event. If we believe that our trains and/or venues have reached capacity, it may be necessary to suspend on the day ticket sales.

Ticket Information

It is possible to purchase tickets that give access to just the Festival site at Oxenhope Exhibition Hall only without train travel. These tickets are limited and are available subject to numbers on-site at any one time and will be issued on a first come first served basis, there are no advance bookings available. There is FREE entry to Oxenhope Exhibition Hall on Thursday & Sunday (and to the Festival site at Ingrow and ‘The Old Parcels Office’ café bar at Keighley at all times).

  • Admission only tickets on Friday Adult or Concession (all types): £15.00 (reduced to £10.00 after 20:00).
  • Admission only tickets on Saturday Adult or Concession (all types): £17.50 (reduced to £12.50 after 2000).

Advance tickets (with a 10% discount for adult or concession tickets for a limited time) are now on sale. Only Event Weekend Rovers (valid for up to all 4-days) or Event Rover one-day tickets for Friday, Saturday or Sunday are available for advance purchase. 

The following tickets CAN NOT be purchased in advance:

  • One-day tickets for Thursday;
  • Discounted tickets for Heritage Railways Association (HRA) Pass Holders and working members of those railways with which KWVR have a reciprocal travel arrangement;
  • Reduced price for evening tickets and Admission Only tickets.

Please note that all advance bookings, including Adult or Concession Rover tickets valid on Friday or Saturday, must include at least one £10.00 Drink Token (for 5 x half-pints).

You can also pre-order your festival glass when ordering your tickets and save 15% on the day sale price of £4.00.

KWVR Member’s free travel/tickets and free travel for Heritage Railways Association (HRA) Pass Holders and working members of those railways with which KWVR have a reciprocal travel arrangement are not valid on Friday or Saturday.  Discounted fares are available (shown as KWVR Members fares) on the production of a valid KWVR Membership Card, HRA Pass or eligible railway Working Member Identity Card.

Holders of a valid KWVR Local Residents Railcard qualify for discounted fares on the production of their railcard, and can book online this year.

KWVR Complimentary ticket coupons are not valid on Friday or Saturday.
