Day Ticket Prices & Information

An Event Day Rover allows UNLIMITED train travel and entry into the Festival sites at Oxenhope & Ingrow (and also ‘The Old Parcels Office’ at Keighley) on your chosen day (please note that the Ingrow site is closed on Thursday). Event Rovers purchased in advance also come with a free 2024 Festival Glass!

A maximum fare of £7.50 return applies to all passengers travelling on our diesel railcar service for those wishing to visit us on Thursday. Note that there will be no steam trains or entertainment on this day.

  • Entry to the Exhibition Hall at Oxenhope and ‘The Old Parcels Office’ café bar at Keighley) is FREE.
  • Please note that our Festival site at Ingrow is CLOSED on Thursday.
  • Other single or return fares are still available (capped at £7.50); please ask at the Booking office upon arrival.
  • An individual Day Rover fare is set to £10.00

  • Reduced Evening Fares may be available to purchase on the day after 1830, subject to capacity and will be sold at £20.00 for Adults (£15.00 for KWVR Members).

Ticket Information

It is possible to purchase tickets that give access to the Festival sites at Oxenhope Exhibition Hall and Ingrow without train travel on Friday only. These tickets are limited and are available subject to numbers on-site at any one time. They will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis; no bookings are available. There is FREE entry to Oxenhope Exhibition Hall on Thursday & Sunday, to the Festival site at Ingrow on Sunday and to ’The Old Parcels Office’ cafe bar at Keighley at all times.

  • Admission-only tickets on Friday Adult or Concession (all types): £15.00

These tickets have a capacity limit, and we expect to sell out!

The following tickets CAN NOT be purchased in advance:

  • One-day tickets for Thursday;
  • Reduced price for evening tickets and admission-only tickets.

All advance bookings, including Adult or Member Rover tickets valid for the Weekend, Friday or Saturday, must include at least one £16.50 Drink Token (for 7 x drinks*).

*A drink is usually a half-pint of most draught beers and ciders, but lesser quantities may be served, or more tokens may be required for some higher ABV or more expensive beers. A variable number of drink tokens can also be used to purchase wines or gin and tonic at Oxenhope.

  • KWVR Members can book online in advance.
  • Holders of the new style Local Residents cards, which carry a barcode, can book online in advance. Holders of the old-style cards without a barcode will need to be booked via our Haworth Administration Office. 
  • HRA Privilege Travel Cards holders cannot use their discount cards and Reciprocal Travel discounts are unavailable on Friday or Saturday.
  • KWVR Complimentary ticket coupons are not valid on Friday or Saturday.
